Refund Policy
Payments for consultation services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refunds are only considered for technical issues preventing service delivery or cancellations initiated by CREATIVE MEDIALINK. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
Clients can request to reschedule a booked consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations initiated by the client are not eligible for a refund, though rescheduling may be allowed under certain conditions.
